About Me
Welcome to Held Homeopathy – I’m Sarah-Jane a mother of 2 living on Bribie Island, QLD, Australia. Originally from the UK, it wasn’t until moving to Australia that I stumbled across Homeopathy.
I’ve always been interested in the individuality of health and often thought about why some of us develop disease and symptoms whilst others seem to cruise through life seemingly unaffected and healthy. Why did I have one child with chronic ear infections and the other child none, why did my sister suffer with eczema from birth but I didn’t? I always felt like there was more to our health than just a diagnosis and a medication. This curiosity led me to Homeopathy and with a deep desire to have autonomy and empowerment to look after my family’s health I began to research, use and then study Homeopathy.
Today, I’m deeply passionate about homeopathy — a practice over 200 years old — and about holistically supporting others through every stage of life. Whether you’re in the depths of motherhood, dealing with an ongoing health issue, feeling out of balance or low on vitality my aim is simply to hear you, support you and help restore balance from within.
